User Responsibility & Billing
You are fundamentally and legally responsible for the content you generate and the compute resources you consume. By utilizing the Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) architecture, you acknowledge that all billing for image generation occurs directly through your personal Google Cloud account. MayaLens assumes absolutely zero liability for API overages, quota exhaustion, or charges incurred on your Google account.
Prohibited Content
Using MayaLens AI workflows to systematically construct, publish, or distribute defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or structurally illegal content—including any vectors that violently violate the Indian Penal Code or Information Technology (IT) Act—is strictly, immutably prohibited. Legal authorities will be fully cooperated with in the event of egregious abuse.
Content Retention & Account Termination
In the event of account deletion—whether initiated voluntarily by the user or executed by MayaLens administration due to malicious activities or Terms of Service violations—all previously generated designs, styles, and public artifacts will remain actively hosted on the platform. By utilizing MayaLens, you grant the platform a perpetual, irrevocable right to retain, display, and assume ownership of these generated assets as platform property, ensuring the continuity and integrity of our community gallery.
No Warranty - AI Hallucinations
Generative AI systems process massive neural datasets and can, autonomously, produce statistically inaccurate, biased, or highly anomalous visual artifacts ("Hallucinations"). MayaLens is provided strictly "As-Is" and explicitly without an operating guarantee of "Divine Accuracy". We do not warrant fitness for commercial identification or medical diagnostic purposes.
Age Restriction
Operation of MayaLens requires users to be of legal adult status. If you are a user under the age of 18, you must secure, log, and possess verifiable external parental and/or guardian consent to lawfully utilize the prompt-generation endpoints.
Contributor Intellectual Property
MayaLens deeply respects the intellectual property of its Contributors. While we strictly hide your backend prompt formulas from end-users to protect your curated designs, AI prompts often rely on parallel thinking and open-internet concepts. Therefore, MayaLens cannot guarantee or enforce exclusivity if another Contributor independently submits a mathematically similar or identical prompt to the platform.
